The customer has the right to cancel any product or services, except for non stock items which have been purchased specially for a customer. Any cancellation must be at least 24 hours before delivery is due. Cancellations are accepted by telephone and by any of the following methods:
a. Electronic Mail to support@soiltogrow.co.uk
c. Letter to Soiltogrow Products, Winterpick Business Park, Hurspierpoint Road, Wineham Nr.Henfield W.Sussex BN5 9BJ. Letters will be have been deemed to be received two working days following the postmark date.If you cancel your order after your products have been dispatched a refund will be credited to your account less already incurred delivery charges per item.
If you wish to cancel a bulk order (deliveries made loose, by tipper vehicle) after the delivery has already been made it will be your own responsibility to return the goods to Soiltogrow Products premises at Wineham Nr. Henfield W.Sussex BN5 9BJ.
If you cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery, you will be issued a full refund once the goods have been returned to the company, at your cost, as per the Distance Selling Regulations.
